Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book a session?

Booking is simple! Just choose your package, select a date through my online booking system, and pay the required deposit to secure your spot. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of the set price is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the shoot.

3. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

  • Reschedules: If you give at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 60 days.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or don’t show up, the deposit is forfeited.

4. How many images will I get?

Each package includes a set number of edited images. For example, Standard sessions include about 15–25 final images. You’ll see this breakdown on the Packages page.

5. Can I request extra edits?

Yes! Each package includes a set number of edits. If you’d like additional photos edited, you can purchase them for $25 per image. For advanced retouching (like detailed skin work or object removal), rates start at $30 per image.

6. How long does it take to get my photos?

Standard turnaround time is 1–3 weeks depending on the session type. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

7. How will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive your final images in a private online gallery where you can download them in high-resolution and web-ready formats.

8. Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! I primarily work in New York City, but I also travel to New Jersey, Long Island, and Upstate New York. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

9. Who owns the photos?

I retain copyright ownership of all images, but you’ll receive a license to use them for personal or commercial purposes (depending on your package). I may also feature select images in my portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
